We have one mission – to provide our customers with truly divine cannoli.
We are a Perth-based catering company, specialising in premium cannoli. We provide fresh, made-to-order cannoli for delivery, as well events, weddings, birthdays, corporate functions and more.
Nonna Emma
The story of Divine Cannoli is not complete without the mention of my grandmother, Nonna Emma.
I still remember the first time I ever tried her cannoli. I was three years old and at her house, when she came over to me holding this beautiful, icing sugar-laden, crunchy tube of sweet delicious goodness. I was perplexed, but also amazed at just how good this treat looked.
It was love at first bite and I’ve never looked back.
Her magnificent cannoli shell recipe is still what we use today at Divine Cannoli.
A Commitment to Quality
Unfortunately we don’t have any gluten-free options at this point in time.
Our allergen list:
Wheat flour. Eggs. Nuts (hazelnuts). Dairy. Gluten. Coconut. Cooking Wine.
Our cannoli are made fresh, and can be safely eaten up to 4 days from purchase. However, they are best eaten the day of purchase, as they will not be as crispy the longer they are left in the fridge.
The cannoli shells will maintain the majority of their crunch for about 16-24 hours once made.
Our advice: buy the cannoli on the same day you intend to eat them.
